"Backorder Was Annoying, But They Did Handle It"
Of course the item I needed ended up being on backorder, which always seems to happen to me. I was expecting it to turn into a whole hassle, but to be fair, they kept me updated enough and shipped it once it was available. It wasn’t ideal, but it didn’t become the big problem I thought it would.

"Exchange took a little while, but it worked out"
I had to exchange something I ordered from YesAsia because it showed up with a small issue. Customer support wasn’t exactly quick to reply, but once they did, they explained the steps clearly. I had to wait a bit for the replacement, which wasn’t ideal, but in the end it all got handled. Not a perfect experience, but I’d say they did okay overall. 4 stars.

It actually showed up faster than I thought it would... which was a nice surprise. No real issues with the order or delivery, so overall it went smoothly.

"Product info was mostly accurate"
I ordered a couple of albums from YesAsia, and to be fair, the product info was pretty much on point. The tracklist, version, and release date all matched what actually arrived, which I appreciated.

The only slightly annoying thing was that the photos weren’t as clear as I would’ve liked. I ended up having to check another site just to make sure I was getting the right cover version, which felt a bit unnecessary.
That said, it wasn’t a huge issue in the end. The albums were what I expected, so I’d probably use the site again, even if I wish the listing photos were better

"Stock info was actually right"
I was a little skeptical at first, because I’ve had other stores say something is “in stock” and then suddenly it’s backordered after I pay. With YesAsia though, the item showed as available and, weirdly enough, everything actually moved along like it was supposed to.

I wouldn’t say it was some amazing, life-changing shopping experience, but also, it kind of was a big deal because accurate stock info saves so much hassle. No random delay, no surprise email, and it shipped around when I expected, so I’m happy with it.

"I’ve ordered from YesAsia a few times over..."
I’ve ordered from YesAsia a few times over the years, usually when I get that excited feeling about a new album or something I’ve been waiting to collect. The loyalty points aren’t huge or anything, but it’s still a nice little bonus when you realize you’ve got something to use on the next order. It kind of makes me remember all the packages I’ve looked forward to opening. Shipping can be slow sometimes, which is a bit frustrating when you’re eager, but overall I like getting a little something back for ordering regularly.

"Tracking was accurate, but the waiting was annoying"
The tracking for my order was accurate and mostly updated when it was supposed to. It did end up matching the actual delivery day, which I appreciated. There was one point where the status seemed stuck for a while, waiting without an update was frustrating. But the package arrived in good shape, so overall it was a decent experience.

I’ve preordered albums from them a few times now, maybe starting last year or the year before, and they’ve always shown up without any issues. They shipped around when I expected, or at least close enough that I didn’t think much of it, and everything arrived in good condition

I grabbed a few albums from YesAsia and the checkout was smooth overall. The payment options were easy to figure out, and I didn’t get stuck on any of that stuff during the steps. I liked that the shipping cost showed up before I paid, so there weren’t any surprises. The whole thing only took a few minutes, and I didn’t have any issues with it.

"Pretty easy site to use"
YesAsia is easy to use overall. I could browse around and find most things without too much trouble, though the filters really could be better. Like, they work sometimes, but then they also don’t narrow things down the way I want, which gets annoying. Search was okay, not amazing, and again, the filters could definitely use some work. Checkout was simple enough and the pages loaded fine for me. It’s not perfect, and the filtering is probably my main complaint, but it’s still usable.

"Pretty good when there’s a promo going on??"
I usually shop on YesAsia when they’ve got discount codes or free shipping promos running. Some of the prices can feel a little high, but once you add a coupon, it normally ends up being worth it. The points system is a nice little bonus too?? It’s not a huge discount or anything, but every bit helps. Shipping did take a bit longer than I was hoping, so I’d give it 4 stars. Overall, I’d say it’s good if you’re willing to wait for a sale.

I found the prices here were better than most other shops I looked at, even after adding shipping. A few CDs were cheaper than I expected, so I’d probably order from YesAsia again when I’m not in a hurry.

I’m glad they actually ship to my country, which isn’t always easy to find. That said, the delivery took longer than I expected, and I wish the instructions or updates were a bit clearer along the way so I knew what to expect...

I found a couple albums here that I’d been hunting for after they were sold out everywhere else. Not everything I wanted was in stock, but I kind of blame myself for not checking this place sooner. Overall, the selection was solid, especially for harder-to-find stuff, and I’d definitely use them again

“I've "lost" confirmation emails before as well, I'm not sure if they were just never sent or my email filtered them out and the spam folder was automatically cleared before I could resurrect it but as long as your order history page has confirmation of the order and it has a pending status on it you should be fine. Also, check if all of your items are kept in stock. If you're purchasing an item that they have to acquire first it can take 30 days or more for them to even receive the items and then prepare for shipping.”

Are the albums on yes asia legit?

I spoke to one of yesasia's agent over the phone this morning (9:34am united arab emirates time) and after a frustrating 15 mins over the phone, i was offered a refund that will take 7-14 business days and won't be processed until monday. question: your services is not 24/7? does it really take that long to refund the payment when you debited my card right away when i placed my order?
